What Payment Methods Does Resource 1 Accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. In addition, we accept Pay-Pal, Money Orders, Wire -Transfers, and Cashier's Checks.

Payment must be made within 10 working days of auctions end. If payment is not made the item will get reposted on e-Bay and you will receive negative feedback.

What is Resource 1's return policy?
Resource 1 guarantees all products to be operational and free from manufacturers defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in good condition, and must include all original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Resource 1 has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, customer must contact Resource 1 to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up. Once item is returned the correct replacement product will be shipped out or store credit / refund will be issued for the full amount in the event the correct is unavailable. Resource 1 must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within one week of delivery.
Exchanges received at our warehouse after 30 days will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
Without exception, all items returned to Resource 1 must have prior authorization in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • Defective Items: Customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior RMA#. If an exchange is not requested at the time an RMA# is issued, a store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned to the warehouse.
  • Unwanted Items: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have an RMA#. Merchandise must be in unused condition.
  • Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns." Consequently this will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by refusing the delivery. A store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment unless otherwise noted.

Which shipping methods does Resource 1 offer?
We offer all Fed-X, UPS, and USPS options. Insurance is optional at an extra charge. All shipping charges will be figured into the cost of the final sell price of the auction. On larger items we can accommodate the customer by setting up a time to pick these items up at our location; in person or via freight company. On larger items there will also be additional shipping and handling charges if the item requires a crate or pallet to be built.

Can I use my Fed-X account to ship orders?
We apologize, but Resource 1 does not offer this service.

Does Resource 1 collect sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax from residents of Tennessee only. This does not apply to customers who live in Tennessee and possess a valid, current re-seller's certificate.
